With such uncertainty around rules and regulations surrounding COVID-19 and travel, we understand that booking a trip away at the moment is risky. Although a getaway to escape and reset is what many of us crave and need right now, unfortunately, there are no guarantees that our travel arrangements will come to fruition.
We would like to reassure you that due to sudden and ongoing lockdowns, border closures and coronavirus testing and illness, we are happy to postpone your booking at no extra charge to be used within 12 months of your booking date.
At such an uncertain time, we would like you to be secure in your booking with us, so we will offer any guests who are unable to attend Eden a 100% refund or option to postpone their stay without penalty for another time which suits you (subject to availability). Eden will honour your original booking price if you rebook within a 12 month period.
