Whether hosting an executive offsite, leadership strategy session or performance-focused team gathering, the setting supports clear decision-making and meaningful collaboration.

Private dining, dedicated meeting spaces, branding integration, team-building experiences and customised wellness itineraries are delivered seamlessly on-site. The Training & Renewal Centre supports structured strategic work, while the Vitality Centre and Eden Spa provide advanced recovery and longevity therapies that enhance mental clarity, resilience and sustained energy.

Group Retreat Stays

A flexible group stay with accommodation of your choice across Eden, at a discounted rate when booking 5-10 rooms. Our team works with you to recommend the most suitable accommodation style for your needs. Accommodation is allocated across the property, with shared access to Eden’s facilities and daily wellness experiences. Groups may choose to enhance their stay with optional private dining, venue hire, and curated add-on activities

Training & Renewal Centre

Designed to support recovery, productivity and daily movement, Eden’s facilities allow guests to reset and maintain balance throughout their stay. Nourishment

Our food philosophy is central to the Eden experience. Led by our award-winning chefs, menus are seasonal, nutritionally balanced and predominantly gluten-free, crafted using locally sourced ingredients and produce harvested from Eden’s Market Garden. Each dish is prepared with intention, supporting sustained energy, mental clarity and overall wellbeing.

The Upper Valley Lodge is a dedicated dining and gathering space within Eden’s Upper Valley, home to the Nourish Bar, which offers barista-made coffee and curated light offerings overlooking the valley. The lodge also offers a relaxed setting for connection and may be reserved exclusively for private dining.

Eden Restaurant is the heart of Edens daily dining experience. With seasonally changing menus, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, offering thoughtfully prepared meals designed to nourish the body and support overall wellbeing.

Vitality Centre

Designed to support the nervous system, physical recovery and mental clarity, allowing each guest to move at their own pace. Experience independently or with the guidance of Eden’s in-house practitioners. Modalities include:
