Following our nomination for Australia’s Leading Retreat 2025 in the World Travel Awards, we’re deeply honoured to also be shortlisted as Australia’s Best Wellness Retreat 2025 in the World Spa Awards.
For our team, this is more than a recognition of the Eden Spa, it’s a reflection of every moment of care, every guest’s journey, and every transformation we’ve been privileged to witness.

Tucked into the forest canopy, the Eden Spa is a space for deep renewal. Designed to support the physical, emotional, and energetic needs of each guest, it offers more than traditional pampering. Every treatment is a tailored invitation to let go, slow down, and begin again.
Skilled therapists draw on both ancient practices and modern therapies, from intuitive massage and remedial bodywork to infrared saunas, facials, cryotherapy, and dry flotation. What makes the experience profound isn’t only the treatment itself, but the grounding energy behind it.
Returning guest Sonja, who has visited Eden for over 15 years, explains:
“This has been the only place… I’ve never felt the same after I walk out of here. I can pretty much deal with anything again. Whether it’s emotional healing, burnout from work, or just needing to feel good again, Eden always brings me back to myself.”

Jimmy, a guest who was introduced to Eden through a friend, came in seeking a deeper sense of balance, already committed to health and surfing on the Sunshine Coast. But his time at Eden revealed more:
“I thought I had the balance right — until I came here. You just unlock things in yourself you didn’t even know were blocked. And the people… you connect with people from all walks of life. You can’t get that anywhere else.”

Two Global Nominations, One Shared Philosophy
To be nominated in both the World Travel Awards and the World Spa Awards in the same year is a rare honour. It affirms the holistic nature of Eden, where spa therapy is not a separate offering but one part of a full-circle experience that nurtures every aspect of wellbeing.
As Eden’s General Manager, Ash Martin, reflects:

Ash’s own journey from Executive Chef to General Manager was sparked by his passion for creating meaningful, nourishing experiences. Today, his leadership ensures that every detail across the retreat, from daily rituals to wellness programming, continues to support profound guest transformations.
