From the moment I arrived, I felt myself letting go and stepping into true relaxation. Everything was taken care of, all I had to decide was how much (or how little) of the amazing activities on offer to join in on. I loved that setting your own pace is encouraged, and there is absolutely no pressure, just gentle encouragement and support if you need it.
The setting was breathtaking and waking up to birdsong and a stunning sunrise over the valley was truly magical. My cabin was lush and so comfortable, with a beautiful bath tub, stunning views and a cloud-like bed.
The dream team of staff and experts in their fields were so kind, personable and knowledgeable and made the whole experience so special. I have taken away so many life-changing tips and tricks into 'regular life'.
The food was also a huge highlight- delicious, fresh and a reflection of the artistry of the chef's. My body felt so good after every meal.
Lastly, the most beautiful part of Eden was the connections I made and conversations that were had by the fireplace or in the dining room. Eden encourages truly being mindful and present, and this was a huge gift and timely reminder.
Thank you the whole team. From the incredible reservation staff that organised my stay, to the team at the resort making every day spectacular. I'm already dreaming of my next visit to Eden and will make sure I stay even longer!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Eden is like being in another world. It is a most tranquil and serene retreat with so many options for things to do. You can focus on fitness, relaxation and pampering, spiritual healing, or all of the above. There is no pressure to do anything and you can do as much or as little as you wish.

The property itself is breathtakingly beautiful. The accommodation is very comfortable. Part of the experience is that there is limited or no internet (although there is a wifi room at reception if you really need to connect), no TV for streaming, no alcohol, and no refined sugars. This gives you the opportunity to connect with the space and all the experiences.

Every day there is a bunch of activities you can opt in to do. It might be yoga, pilates, a gym session, sound healing, functional movement, mandala drawing and a heap of other things. You get a couple of treatments in your package from the spa Centre and can add on whatever you like and there are a heap of options.

I found the morning walks very therapeutic, along with the swims in the natural waterfalls.

The food is excellent. It is restaurant quality but very healthy and without all the saturated fats. All the food is naturally gluten free and no refined sugars. You get breakfast, lunch and dinner and afternoon tea in between. The staff are fantastic, responsive and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make it an experience to remember.

I reckon about half of the visitors during my stay there were repeat customers. Some of them had been coming for 10 years or more. There are lots of opportunities to connect with others if you want to.

Highly recommended as a place to recharge and relax and take you away from your usual routine.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such a beautiful time at Eden Health Retreat. The name Garden of Eden would be a more accurate representation, as it captured the essence of paradise. We were completely relaxed and absolutely loved it all.
Each daily Activities/ work shops we also participated in were Sound bowls, breath work, cold plunge , tapping, stretch classes, cooking classes, yoga, hot and cold therapy, dry brushing and lots more. It was Very educational, we loved learning so much. You could do as much or as little as you wanted. I was surprised how people fly from all over Australia to come to Eden Health Retreat, as they said they have never seen something like this.
